Hello there. It has been a while. I really unplugged with my last post on this blog going live back in October, and I've only been sporadically posting on Instagram for the past couple of months.

Alright, settle in guys because this is going to be a long one… I’ve decided to go through the process of buying our house and later in part two I will show you how we are making it ours which you will discover soon has been really important to us.

For years I have been saying that I want to start up a blog, but I've always found an excuse. Not enough money and not enough time were the most frequent ones and with many things going on alongside work and university I never had the confidence to take the leap.

I am from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia and have literally never lived anywhere else. But I have always been the extra creative soul of my family doing a lot of musical and arty things as I grew up.
